Bio

Julianna Ramos is an actor currently based in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a senior Musical Theatre major at Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts. On March 9, she will perform in New York City in Point Park’s Senior Musical Theatre and Acting Showcase at the Jerry Orbach Theater.

Recent credits include the remount of Steel Pier (Shelby Stevens), Jerry’s Girls (Leading Lady), and Urinetown (Ensemble; U/S Hot Blades Harry and Soupy Sue), under the direction of Benjamin Veirtel, former assistant director of Floyd Collins on Broadway. At Point Park, Julianna has trained rigorously in acting, voice, and dance. Her acting training was primarily under Zeva Barzell and Michael Campayno, and she received private vocal training from vocal technician Giovanna Reyes-Mir. Her dance training includes hip-hop, jazz, ballet, modern, and tap.
